How to Pull out Log to Help Diagnose the Issue

Jun 26, 2025 TinyChipHub

If your device isn't working properly, don't panic. Most issues are related to software or settings. To help diagnose the issue, please follow these steps to pull out the log for us:

1.Power On & Connect

Plug in the power supply to the device. Connect the device to your computer with a Type-C data cable (Please make sure your data cable is capable of data transfer, as some cables are only for charging).

The Type-C port is located on the hashboard, and its position may vary depending on the model. After a successful connection, a "blink" sound will be emitted.

*If no response after connecting the device  to the computer via a data cable. You can see this post and follow the steps to enter the developer mode.

2.Access the Diagnostic Tool

Open your web browser and navigate to:

https://www.anticyclone-systems.co.uk/aslwebterm.php

3.Generate Logs from Beginning

Click the 'Connect' button on the webpage and confirm the connecting port in the pop-out window. Then, the tool will begin to generate logs and scroll. Click the 'RESET' button on the hash board to restart the device so that the tool can capture the logs from the initiation

4.Submit Logs for Analysis

Let it run for at least one minute, then click the 'Snapshot' button on the webpage. A window will pop out. Copy the entire log content from the beginning. Email the full log or paste it into a txt file and send it to our support team: tech@tinychiphub.com
