Refund Policy

At TinyChipHub, we are committed to providing high-quality Bitcoin mining machines and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our updated return policy below.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your item (verified by carrier tracking) to request a return or exchange. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1.1 Non-Defective Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the machine, we will process a refund excluding shipping costs.

* Eligibility Requirements: The machine must be in original condition: undamaged and in its original packaging. Physical damage, firmware alterations, or missing components will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

1.2 Defective/Damaged Items

  • Contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Upon receiving the machine, we will inspect it. If the issue is verified as our responsibility, we will cover return shipping and process a full refund or replacement.
  • If the machine is found to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

*Fragile Components: Some models include delicate parts (e.g., 3D-printed/acrylic components) that may loosen or crack during transit without affecting normal functionality. If damage occurs, contact us immediately for free replacements. 

*Special Note for International Returns:As an overseas-based company, we cannot provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange return shipping locally. If the return is approved due to our error, we will reimburse standard shipping costs upon receiving a valid receipt.

*Shipping Protection: We do not cover refunds for orders that were placed without Shipping Protection in the event of loss or damage during transit.

2. Repair & Maintenance

After 7 days, we offer fee-based repair services for out-of-warranty devices. Contact us at tch.tech@tinychiphub.com to discuss repair options for a cost estimate.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under normal circumstances, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items) and delicate components (such as semiconductor chips). If the return is approval Please contact us to confirm if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

* In exceptional unavoidable circumstances, if the return is agreed upon after consultation, a restocking fee may be charged.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. EU 14-day Cooling-Off Period

Additional Rights for EU Customers: You may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery without justification. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the item is not in resalable condition.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
