Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via air cargo within 48 business hours of purchase (excluding pre-sale items). Once the shipment arrives in the destination country, it will be transferred to a local delivery partner for final delivery. Delivery estimates are 7-12 days for Standard shipping and 5-8 days for Express shipping. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For expedited service or to request a specific delivery carrier, please contact us to inquire about availability.

 

2. Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

Coverage:  Shipping Protection is an optional service for a fee of 2% of the order value. By purchasing Shipping Protection, you are eligible to file a claim for the compensation if it is affected by any of the following carrier-related issues during transit:

  • Loss: The carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, or packages not delivered before the 60th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the ship date) are considered lost. The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s) and refund of the shipping fee.
  • Damage:  Your items are completely destroyed or rendered non-functional due to a transit incident. This does not cover cosmetic damage (loosen screws, scratches, dents, etc.) , fragile components (e.g., 3D-printed/acrylic components)  if the product itself is functional. You may be required to return the damaged item to us for inspection.The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s) and refund of the shipping fee.
  • Delay: Packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delayed. The compensation for delayed packages is a refund of the shipping fee.

 

How to File a Claim: To file a claim for damaged or lost items, you must contact us at info.tch@tinychiphub.com within 2 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide supporting documentation. Please ensure to take clear photos or videos immediately upon discovering any damage or loss. Our insurance provider will review your claim. Upon approval, we will issue a refund or reship the items, as agreed upon with you. The total compensation per claim is limited to the value actually paid for the item(s).

 

Exclusions: This service does not cover:

  • Issues due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to receive a package due to no one being available to accept it.

  • Damage to packaging only, where the product remains fully functional.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.

  • Loss after the delivery is completed (i.e., thief from your doorstep after delivery)

 

Service Terms: The Shipping Protection is a separate fee paid to cover potential shipping-related losses or damages. Please note the following:

  • Non-refundable – The Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Excluded from Claims – The cost of Shipping Protection itself is not included in any reimbursement or coverage calculation. Reimbursements are based solely on the value of the purchased goods, excluding any additional service fees.

By purchasing this protection, you acknowledge and agree to resolve all covered shipping issues through this claims process and waive the right to file a chargeback or dispute with us for these specific issues.

3. Orders Tracking

After you successfully place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. This email will include your order number, the carrier's name, the shipping date, and your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided on the carrier's official website.

To receive tracking updates, please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. This service is not available without a customer-provided email.

 

4. Important Notices

  • Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your payment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Enter your full address at checkout to view available options.

  • Force Majeure: Delays due to events like severe weather, war, or customs inspections may occur. While we prioritize processing orders swiftly, such delays do not qualify for refunds or returns.

  • Damaged Items: Though we take precautions to prevent damage, if your item arrives damaged (even without Shipping Protection), contact us immediately at info.tch@tinychiphub.com within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Customs/Taxes: International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Although we have already prepaid the minimum import fees on your behalf, please note that customs inspection could result in extra taxation. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
